Macaron Boutique was founded by a Romanian pastry chef passionate about bringing the flavors of European desserts to Florida. We’re proud to be the first in Florida to introduce a macaron vending machine and our signature cakes in a can—a fun, elegant twist on classic treats. Both are handcrafted with premium ingredients and designed to surprise and delight.
Our focus is on creating beautiful, high-quality macarons, cakes, macaron towers, and strawberry towers, along with innovative desserts that are perfect for events, gifts, or a personal indulgence.

Ana-Maria Marin, Owner and creator of Macaron Boutique, is an experienced and passionate pastry chef with over nine years of industry experience, creating innovative desserts for restaurants and events. She brings forth advanced pastry techniques and food safety knowledge, along with expertise in cake decorating, cake design, and modern French pastries.
Her education includes studies at several pastry schools in Europe and South America.
